GREEK ISLES CRUISE UPDATE

Taking into account that the CDC has advised US Citizens not to travel to Greece, OUTbound has made the difficult decision to cancel our Greek Isles cruise & Athens pre-package this October & November. We know this is disappointing to us and our guests, but we fully believe this is the right decision considering the current CDC advisories.

The safety of our guests and the safety of those we are visiting has always been our first priority. While highly unlikely, there is even the remote chance of a shipwide quarantine if a guest or crew member tests positive during our voyage. We also don’t want to force anyone into making a decision between losing their hard-earned vacation dollars or risking their health. That is not who we are.

As promised when we launched, every currently booked Greek Isles guest is now entitled to a full & immediate refund. No cancellation charges, processing fees or hidden costs.

However, as an incentive to cruise with us in 2022, we are offering all booked guests a 125% credit to be applied to any of our other currently advertised trips. For example, if you’ve paid $5,000 towards your Greek Isles reservation, we will extend a credit of $6,250 to be used on another trip.

For guests who have already purchased airfare, we will cover that too… whether it’s simply a change fee or an outright loss, we will take care of it.

Our decision to put safety first shouldn’t cost our guests a dime… and it won’t.

That is who we are.

We are contacting every single booked guest individually to explain the options personally.

Know that we are as disappointed as you. However, we have always said that if it’s not safe, we won’t go. Canceling our time together isn’t easy, but it is the responsible thing to do. Trust that we will always do right by our OUTbounders, whether it’s our first cruise or our hundredth.

We can’t wait to see everyone in 2022.
