Pay Your Own Way OUTbound
So start dreaming OUTbound! Search our trips, choose your adventure, and then select your payment plan! Pay in full, make quarterly payments or spread your payments out monthly. It’s your trip, your budget, your choice!
Pay-In-Full
Guests are welcome to pay for their reservation in full at the time of booking. You’re done! Unless you later make a change to your reservation, no further payments are necessary.
Pay-In-Full Bonus
Paid-in-Full Reservations always receive a little extra something. Maybe it’s complimentary transfers to or from the airport, maybe an onboard credit or an upgrade excursion or spa service. The incentives vary by trip and region. Check the individual trip page for the pay-in-full incentive specific to each trip that interests you.
Automatic Quarterly Payments
If you make your reservation within 270-days of departure, your initial deposit of 25% plus the first quarterly installment of 25% will be due at the time of booking unless other payment arrangements have been made with OUTbound prior to making your reservation. If you make your reservation within 180-days of departure, your initial deposit of 25% plus the first two quarterly installments of 25% each will be due at the time of booking unless other payment arrangements have been made with OUTbound prior to making your reservation. If you book your reservation within 90-days of the departure date, your reservation will need to be paid in full in order to complete the booking process unless other payment arrangements have been made with OUTbound prior to making your reservation.
Automatic Monthly Payments

Special Payment Requests
You may request alternative automatic payment dates by calling OUTbound directly at 916.683.1000 or sending a request in writing to info@iamOUTbound.com. Alternative payment date requests will be subject to review by OUTbound on a case- by-case basis and are not automatically approved. Please check your reservation confirmation for a schedule of the planned automatic payment dates.
Changing Your Payment Method
For either payment plan option, payments will be charged to your credit card on file. If your credit card details change at any time, simply update the card information in our system prior to your next scheduled payment date. Early Payment Option
You may make an additional payment or pay your reservation off in full at any time. Simply log into your account by clicking “MY TRIPS” on our home page and selecting the reservation you wish to make a payment on. From there, you can select any scheduled installment for early payment or choosing to pay the remaining balance of your reservation all at once. You will also have the option to enter a different amount to be paid, after which your remaining payments (if any) will be recalculated and lowered based on the new remaining balance.
