We’ll set sail for our first full day at sea. Take some time to unpack and settle into your stateroom... turning your space into a cozy home for the days ahead. Today is yours to explore our ship, catch up with old friends over breakfast or a coffee, and start meeting new friends out by the pool. We’ll soak up the sun as we sail toward Edinburgh, enjoying the fresh sea air and the easy rhythm of life onboard. Tonight, choose from one of the five restaurants onboard for a delicious dinner... ending the day on a high note and setting the tone for an unforgettable cruise ahead.
Today we’ll arrive in Edinburgh, welcoming us with its dramatic skyline and rich sense of history. We’ll stay docked overnight, leaving plenty of time to explore this incredible city and its famed castle perched high above winding streets. Discover how Edinburgh’s centuries-old stone buildings and a lively atmosphere blend its rich traditions with modern energy. Scotland’s capital offers a perfect mix of culture and discovery, making it one of Europe’s most captivating cities.
You’ll have a chance to explore even more of Edinburgh on our second full day here. Start by visiting Edinburgh Castle for sweeping views of the city and some Scottish history. Next, take a stroll down the Royal Mile, exploring its lively shops on the way to Holyrood Palace. Take time to wander the charming Old Town before heading to Calton Hill or Arthur’s Seat for unforgettable panoramic views. End your day with a whisky tasting in one of the many pubs, soaking up the warm local character that makes Scotland’s capital so memorable.
Spend the day sailing in style aboard your boutique hotel at sea as we cruise the North Atlantic towards Iceland. Indulge in a treatment at Sanctum Spa, stay ship shape with a class at our fitness center, or lounge the day away on our sunny pool deck. In the evening, savor inspired Italian cuisine at Aqualina, or relish in a classic steakhouse experience at Prime C. Plus, you’ll find plenty of exciting evening entertainment, from thrilling shows at Cabaret Lounge to intimate performances in the Living Room.
Today we’re in Tórshavn, capital of the Faroe Islands and the perfect blend of rugged nature and cozy Nordic charm. Start by wandering through Tinganes, the historic old town with its red-roofed wooden houses perched right on the harbor, then stroll through the narrow lanes of Reyn Street, one of the oldest inhabited streets in the world. Visit Tórshavn Cathedral and the nearby harbor area for views of fishing boats and colorful waterfront buildings, and stop by the National Museum of the Faroe Islands to get a feel for Faroese history, folklore, and Viking roots.
Spending a day in Seydisfjördur is like stepping into a storybook fjord town framed by towering mountains and cascading waterfalls. Wander the colorful streets lined with charming wooden houses or spend time exploring the many galleries and studios showcasing the town’s vibrant creative scene. Nature lovers can take a short hike to nearby waterfalls or simply enjoy the serene fjord views from the harbor. Finish the day at a cozy café, sampling fresh Icelandic dishes while soaking in the peaceful, artistic atmosphere that makes Seydisfjördur so unforgettable.
Today we’re in Akureyri, Iceland’s ‘Capital of the North’. Start by exploring the town center and the iconic Akureyri Church with its striking architecture and panoramic views. Stroll through the beautiful Botanical Gardens, one of the northernmost in the world, or wander along the scenic waterfront for stunning fjord views. Art lovers can visit local galleries or the Akureyri Museum to learn about the town’s history, while adventure seekers might opt for a whale-watching tour. Either way, enjoy your time taking in the tranquil northern atmosphere.
Today we arrive in Isafjördur, the largest town in Iceland’s Westfjords. Start by exploring the charming town center, where colorful wooden houses and narrow streets reflect its rich maritime heritage. Visit the Westfjords Heritage Museum to learn about local history and traditional fishing life. For stunning views, take a short walk around the harbor to admire the fjord’s dramatic mountains rising from the sea. Finish your day with a coffee or sample the local seafood while soaking in the tranquil, remote atmosphere that makes Isafjördur so uniquely captivating.
Reykjavík offers a vibrant mix of culture, history, and Icelandic charm. Start your day with a tour of the Hallgrímskirkja, Reykjavík’s iconic church. Next, stroll through the compact city center to explore Laugavegur, Reykjavík’s main shopping street, dotted with boutiques, cafés, and galleries. Visit the Harpa Concert Hall to admire its striking modern architecture and waterfront setting, and stop by the National Museum of Iceland to learn about the country’s fascinating history. We’re docked overnight, so be sure to stop in at a local restaurant to try some traditional Icelandic cuisine!
Today we end our cruise in Reykjavík, Iceland’s capital and largest city. Choose to extend your vacation for a few days to soak in the famous Blue Lagoon, see the geothermal geysers at the Golden Circle, or explore waterfalls like Gullfoss... a stunning finale to your cruise before heading home. Remember that we OUTbounders never say ‘Goodbye’, we only say ‘Until we see you again’. The Cabaret Lounge onboard the Azamara Pursuit is where our OUTbound entertainers shine on stage! The main theater features amazing performers in an intimate, engaging atmosphere. The Cabaret Lounge is where we’ll have all of our OUTbound family moments, from staff introductions to final goodbyes. Located mid-ship on Deck 5, The Den is the perfect spot to enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail while listening to the sounds of a classical grand pianist. The Den features a flat-screen TV and full bar, making it the ideal place to unwind with friends, watch special events or simply sit around the tall tables and exchange stories with your fellow OUTbounders. Enjoy a glass of wine or a mixed drink while the talented pianist entertains you with soothing background music. The Den is also the place to get inspired with travel tools that transport you to all corners of the world with travel books, guides, and destination-focused activities.
The Living Room, located forward on Deck 10, is a fantastic space for grabbing a drink with friends and enjoying panoramic views of the gorgeous New Zealand and Australian coastlines. Late night is when our featured DJs spin the latest dance tracks along with your classic favorites. The Living Room is also the place where our guests take their turn on stage during karaoke nights. And OUTbound‘s fantastic theme nights let you channel your inner dancing queen and be your fabulous, silly self by dressing up as much as you want!
The Mosaic Café is the coffee bar at the heart of Deck 5 serving cakes and light snacks. With the couple of small shops in this area, it has a vibrant village square vibe and is a great place to meet friends for a coffee and watch the world go by. The onboard coffee corner may very well become your favorite spot on the entire ship. It’s also one of the most stylish places, too. You’ll find all your favorite coffee drinks here, and of course everything is made to order just the way you like. Whether you’re looking for your favorite iced latte, a La Rica or Lavazza Decaf specialty coffee or exotic herbal tea, Mosaic Café is the place.
The Atlas Bar is always our OUTbounder’s pick for top-shelf cocktails. It is a super-cool bar with a collection of seventeen great looking cocktails. Some are entirely unique, like the Heart of Azamara with Vodka, Fresh Strawberry Puree, Fresh Lime Juice, Passionfruit Nectar, Galliano & Absinthe. There are also classic cocktails with an Atlas Bar twist... like the London Fog Martini with Earl Grey Infused Gin, Fresh Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup & Egg White. In the Atlas Bar, it’s always fun to watch the theatrics as the bartenders make your drinks with added fun and flair!
You’ll be hard-pressed to find a more extensive collection of limited production, small label and rare vintage wines anywhere on the high seas. And with vintages from France to California, and Argentina to South Africa, you’re sure to find a wine to suit your palate and your OUTbound journey. The knowledgeable sommeliers can help you select the perfect wines for your evening meal, and be sure to join the Wine Corner gatherings... perfect for discovering and enjoying new wines and benefiting from the thoughtful guidance of a knowledgeable sommelier.
In the main restaurant, you’ll discover the world through dishes and flavors from the places we visit. Of course, you'll also have a wide variety of nightly selections such as filet mignon with black truffle sauce. With its elegant yet lively dining and décor, it’s easy to see why this restaurant is the culinary heart of our ship and a hands-down favorite. Choose to have a romantic night at a table for two, or ask to be seated as part of a larger group of fellow OUTbounders... which we highly recommend!
At Aqualina, you’ll find some of Italy’s most authentic dishes. Pastas made from scratch, traditional and authentic recipes, and scrumptious vegetarian dishes that make sure there’s something for everyone. Savor a traditional Spaghetti Bolognese, enjoy an Eggplant Parmesan or a hearty Rigatoni Pomodoro with fresh veggies. But save room. You won’t be able to say no to famous desserts like sorrento lemon liqueur mousse and hazelnut chocolate soufflé. The chefs love to be inspired, so after an on-shore visit to a local market, you can expect a delectable dish so authentic, you’ll feel like you’re still in town. Aqualina is a specialty restaurant onboard and can be enjoyed for $50 per person, per meal.

Located just outside the specialty restaurants on Deck 10, the Chef’s Table is the place for an intimate culinary journey in a private venue with sweeping ocean views. Enjoy expanded themed menus inspired by global traditions and exclusive collaborations with guest chefs and winemakers. Spoil yourself with an ‘Immersive Market Dining Experience’, starting on shore with our Executive Chef as you shop for fresh ingredients, then return for a curated meal crafted from your discoveries.
Windows Café offers quick and casual dining, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Take in the fresh breeze at an outdoor table and relax in the easy atmosphere or enjoy your meal inside at any of the flexible seating options. Have your omelette made-to-order, try a selection of meats carved right off the bone or create the perfect salad just the way you like it. The delicious selections change daily. Choose from fresh sushi, stir-fry and pasta, salads, smoked lox and other cold fish, a carving station and of course, desserts. Windows Café is also the place to pick up a quick snack or piece of fruit when you get a craving during the day.
Adjacent to the Windows Café, the Sunset Veranda is a welcoming outdoor patio with covered and open-air seating. It's the perfect place for dining alfresco, enjoying a refreshing drink, taking in the sights of your favorite port, or simply watching the world sail by. For our OUTbounders looking to dine while watching the sunset, the Sunset Veranda is right out the back door, with a stylish look and stunning views.
The Patio is many things... casual “pool grill” by day, then fine tablecloths and flickering candles set the mood for a sit-down al fresco dining experience by night. Taste your way around the world with exclusive personalized dishes using local flavors of the cities and towns we’ll visit on our cruise... served by our professional wait staff. And for a little touch of whimsy, treat yourself to a self-serve frozen yogurt from the self-serve station, Swirl & Top. With a variety of flavors and your choice of toppings, it’s the perfect way to cool off during the day or end your evening meal.
Staffed by professional aestheticians and therapists, the Sanctum Spa is an oasis of tranquility. Choose from an extensive menu of services including state of the art skin care and restorative facials.
